Mike Cordell receives art commission

Mike Cordell was recently awarded a public art commission by the Boise Weekly. The new piece will be unveiled the evening of August 2nd for Boise's First Thursday art walk. Inspired by organic form and design, Cordell has created his untitled sculpture with copper, mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The piece will be located outside the Boise Weekly office building at 523 Broad Street at the corner of 5th and Broad.
